  • The Banqueting Suite (Capacity: 10 – 150 Delegates) Our premier event space, perfect for large-scale conferences, seminars, product launches, and corporate dinner dances. This room can be configured into theatre, classroom, boardroom, or cabaret layouts to suit your agenda.
  • The Oast Roundels (Two Rooms available — Capacity: 1 – 15 Delegates each) Two stunning, characterful boardroom spaces ideal for smaller meetings, focused training sessions, private interviews, or breakout rooms. Both Roundels come fully equipped with dedicated presentation screens.
  • The Shires Inn (Capacity: Up to 150 Guests) Located downstairs, this is a welcoming, pub-style room. It provides the perfect, distinct space for networking lunch breaks, morning breakfast rolls, or relaxed breakout sessions away from your main meeting area.

Flexible Hire & All-Inclusive Packages

  • Full-Day & Half-Day Hire: Available for complete flexibility (half-day hire applies to any event lasting under 5 hours).
  • Day Delegate Rates (DDR): Comprehensive, per-person packages that combine room hire, in-house AV equipment, and scheduled refreshments.
  • Bespoke Venue Hire: Tailored, all-inclusive options designed around the unique scale and requirements of your business event.
