- The Banqueting Suite (Capacity: 10 – 150 Delegates) Our premier event space, perfect for large-scale conferences, seminars, product launches, and corporate dinner dances. This room can be configured into theatre, classroom, boardroom, or cabaret layouts to suit your agenda.
- The Oast Roundels (Two Rooms available — Capacity: 1 – 15 Delegates each) Two stunning, characterful boardroom spaces ideal for smaller meetings, focused training sessions, private interviews, or breakout rooms. Both Roundels come fully equipped with dedicated presentation screens.
- The Shires Inn (Capacity: Up to 150 Guests) Located downstairs, this is a welcoming, pub-style room. It provides the perfect, distinct space for networking lunch breaks, morning breakfast rolls, or relaxed breakout sessions away from your main meeting area.

Unlike most venues that rely on expensive external contractors, we run our own onsite Audio-Visual hire company.
With vast experience providing professional PA hire, bespoke lighting design, and staging across Kent and the South East, we ensure your technical production is flawless. From crisp microphones for your keynote speakers to immersive displays, we can build a bespoke AV package tailored precisely to your event's needs.
Flexible Hire & All-Inclusive Packages
We understand that business schedules require flexibility. All of our corporate spaces are available to book under versatile terms:
- Full-Day & Half-Day Hire: Available for complete flexibility (half-day hire applies to any event lasting under 5 hours).
- Day Delegate Rates (DDR): Comprehensive, per-person packages that combine room hire, in-house AV equipment, and scheduled refreshments.
- Bespoke Venue Hire: Tailored, all-inclusive options designed around the unique scale and requirements of your business event.
