2024/25 pitch fees
Prices from:
Low Season (November-February): £23 p/plot-p/night
Mid Season (March- June): £23 p/plot-p/night
High Season (July - August): £28 p/plot-p/night
Mid Season (September - October): £23 p/plot-p/night

Our tariff is based on up to 2 people sharing a pitch (tent/caravan or motorhome) per night.
EXTRAS:
Extra adults are charged at £3.50 per night, £3 per child. Babies are FREE.
PER NIGHT: Hard Standing Pitch with EHU £10, Grass Pitch with EHU £8.50, Awning or Gazebo £3.00, Extra Car £2.50, Kayak/canoe £5, Boat on Trailer £5.50, Dogs £1.50
Commercial vehicles and trucks are not permitted in the touring park. Twin Axle caravans not permitted.

The Hop Farm cancellation policy
No refunds within 30 days of arrival date.
Booking changes can be made no less than 48 hours of the booking date. Booking changes are charged a £10 administration fee per change.
30 or more days before arrival: a £10 administration fee applies. Within this period, the site may be able to postpone your stay to another date - subject to availability.
Alterations are subject to management's discretion.
No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.
If you need to cancel or amend your booking, please give as much notice as possible so that someone else has the chance to book. You may wish to buy holiday insurance for cancellations and for your property/injury whilst away.
Deposits are non-refundable.

- ANY DAMAGE TO VEHICLES WHETHER ACCIDENTAL OR ENVIRONMENTAL IS NOT THE HOP FARM'S RESPONSIBILITY NOR LIABILITY
