Chilled in a Field Festival

Open from midday on Friday and until late throughout.

Grown from the '90's London party scene we're a small, independent Kent festival for grown up ex-clubbers and their kids - people just like you, (and us)!

We celebrate 25 years of dance music with 2 Bad Mice, Billy Daniel Bunter and The Egg, along with takeovers from some of the UK's top independent labels. With live music all day, including Kentish alt-folk heroes Cocos Lovers and apocalyptic carnival crew Tankus The Henge plus secret acoustic woodland sessions. And, once the kids have gone to bed we can dance all night at the silent disco party in the woods!

Family activities are free all weekend and there's lots for grown-ups, too including tequila tasting and glitter wrestling. With science, theatre, performances, ale festival bar, local beer and dozens of ciders, bubbles and cocktails, mountains of street food, glamping and campervan pitches with electric hook up.

The event is a not-for-profit social enterprise run completely by volunteers, so you can really feel the love.

Weekend and day tickets available.

Tickets are capped - to keep the festival feeling small and lovely - and sell out every year. We're a safe family festival, and we take our green credentials seriously.

Bring friends, bring children, and see for yourself why The Argus gave us 5 stars, and Festival Kidz gave us Gold. We can't wait to play all day and dance all night in a field with you!
